Store Manager
Maintains positive customer relations through personal sales skills relating to all company products and services. Maintains focus on "Customer Bill of Rights" and improvement of Customer Satisfaction Index. Supervises, directs, and motivates associates to execute corporate business plan to maximize sales and profits. Promotes and develops excellent associate and customer relations. Complete Profit & Loss responsibility including store results to plan. Responsible for maintaining store merchandise, appearance standards, and all aspects of store operations. Responsible for training and development of Assistant Managers through the delegation of responsibilities and follow-up accountabilities.
