ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Program - ASE-certified automotive technicians and other service professionals can be identified in several ways. The most obvious is to look for the ASE sign on the facility. Once inside, our establishments we proudly display the ASE certificates earned by our technicians in our office or waiting room. All ASE-certified professionals are proud of their achievement and are more than willing to show you their credentials. The Blue Seal of Excellence is only awarded to establishments with a large percentage of ASE-certified professionals. Motorist Assurance Program (MAPS) - CJ's is a member of the Motorist Assurance Program (MAP). MAP addresses three main topics to better serve the consumer. The need for improved communication between customers and auto repair facilities so customers understand what they agreed to and know what they're getting; The need for uniformity in repair recommendations because there had been no standards for vehicle inspection; and the need for more training and education of technicians in the industry. CJ's Tire strongly stands behind this program to ensure customer satisfaction. |
